Welcome to our 2009 Christmas newsletter.

We are hoping you have all had a great year. This year Infosoft has been mainly focusing on our new online services which includes the Online Charge Module and our next generation software that we are hoping to release next year.

Mobile SMS Module
Our latest module was released early this month and is the new Mobile SMS module that allows users to send personalised messages in bulk to any mobile device in New Zealand, Australia and other countries around the world. At this point in time we are only offering outbound messaging via Fundraiser but next year we will be offering newer solutions that will even allow memberships to be renewed via SMS.

SMS messaging is a very cost effective and efficient method of communicating with your target market, whethers it's being used for promotion or reminder notifications. It is also environmentally friendly.

This module is very versatile for many organisations and can be used in many areas. Here are some examples of how it can be used:

Notification to members for upcoming activities and events
Notification to board members about upcoming meetings
Notification to coordinate with volunteers
Notification to street collectors during a street collection appeals
Notification to donors about upcoming events
Notification to donors about new or promotional products available

What does it cost? There is no module or setup costs. Infosoft does require organisations to register which means agreeing to Infosoft's terms and conditions of appropriate use. New Web Donations Page

We have made some simple cosmetic changes to our Online Donations components. It is very easy to give your organisation an online presence and allow your donors to contribute online safely while capturing the information directly to your Fundraiser database.

At Infosoft we know how important security is when processing credit cards so we have decided to bundle up the Online Charge Module free with any new purchases of Fundraiser Suite. This includes both Professional and Express editions of the software. Offer valid for a limited time.
